another project of mine that has been pending for quite some time. i wanted to do this since two years ago when i folded lantern after lantern for a very big chain of lights in the daycare i worked at. and now i’ve done it for a chain of lights of my own. sadly, when i tested all lamps worked, after i was done one light was out… i still have to fix that. there’s so much you can do with paper, scissors and free time!
just ignore the stupid jerks.99% of the time I’ll just answer in character to be funny or something or ignore it all together, but that other 1% of the time I actually get mad and want to prove a point.

In R, Crystal Toyko was completely destroyed. The Inners fought to keep Queen Serenity safe. [So I dropped the neo. sue me] But where were the Outers? I mean I know Pluto had a role, but what about Uranus and Neptune? Saturn too. What do you guys think?
I’ve always wondered that myself.
Well, originally Uranus and Neptune were tasked with defending the planet from invaders from outside the solar system. Perhaps in the future, they are re-assigned to that duty, and were too far away to return in time, or didn’t want to risk leaving their posts in case another invader also happened to show up.
As for Saturn, she admits that her power & purpose is to bring about the destruction of the world so that Sailor Moon can revive and purify it. With Neo Queen Serenity out of commission, and the Silver Crystal missing, it seems it would be unwise for her to fight.
Well, that’s just my theorizing anyway. The less fun reason is they hadn’t been invented yet, so Naoko had no reason to include them in the plot at the time.
Well I thought about this reason actually, but even if they were away protecting from those threats, then that wouldn’t have even mattered if the thing they were protecting was destroyed. They have the Sailor Teleport thing besides.
I agree with you on Saturn though. I almost didn’t include her my little ramble because of that, but I didn’t wanna leave her out. She can protect people without destroying the world though because we that in Stars, but her powers still greatly confuse me.
Personally, the reason I think Sailor Saturn wasn’t in Crystal Tokyo during R is the need to preserve the timeline. Sailor Saturn/Hotaru and Chibiusa don’t meet until S, and so therefore they couldn’t have met in the future first. I think the outer senshi were assigned protection duties at their planets from the time Chibiusa was born until she returned after S or SuperS.
